Serving as an ICOM preceptor and/or faculty member does not constitute an employment contract or any offer of employment, express or implied, and shall not be in any way deemed by any person, including ICOM or any preceptor or faculty member, to create any legally binding rights to employment or to specific terms or conditions of employment unless expressly stated in a separate legally binding contract between such individual and ICOM. Preceptors and faculty members understand and agree that ICOM may use their name for accreditation and recruitment purposes and materials.
